Adding attendees to your meeting requests with’s Smart Meetings product is now easier with the new support of Microsoft Azure Active Directory.  Now, knows contact information for all of the company’s employees regardless of if the user has them in their own contact list.

Better control with Microsoft Active Directory

Microsoft Azure Active Directory is a directory and identity management service that controls what type of access a particular user has for a given resource as well as being a source of all employee login information.

By adding Active Directory to’s Smart Meeting product, enterprise users will have access to all employee contact information allowing them to request meetings with any employee quickly by using their name.’s Active Directory support automatically synchronizes the name and email of all employees plus all groups and their members.

Are you using Active Directory?

Our new addition will improve your experience by giving administrators more control during the onboard of a new employee. By removing the expectation of an individual user to enter in the contact information – the email address specifically – for a new colleague, it will ultimately enable enterprise users to book their meetings with their internal contacts even faster than before.

Not only will this allow your new employees to feel better adjusted and onboarded, it will also allow existing employees to be able to schedule meetings with them sooner- resulting in a better engaged team and employee experience.
